Most of our work is carried out at the company office, altough some traveling is occasionally necessary, of course. This helps us create a working environment that emphasizes the social aspects.
Our working environment consists of co-workers that complement one another in age and expertise. A common feature of the Exploro work culture is enthusiasm. We are all very excited about our profession. It was no accident that any of us ended up in this line of business.
Our company structure is flat. Exploro is a non-bureaucratic organization, with unconventional and helpful professionals working there. This creates a good enviroment for participation and commitment for all our employees. Employee influence on company progress is significant. They have influence on their own work assignments, as well as the freedom and possibility to design their own workspace.
